Jennifer McGinn has been a licensed attorney since 2008, when she graduated from the University of Colorado Law School. While she previously concentrated her practice in the area of family law, she now focuses her work on estate planning.

She brings the same dedication and attention to detail that once guided her through high‑conflict family matters to her current practice, helping clients navigate the complexities of planning for the future and administering estates.

As an attorney, Jennifer is sensitive to the fact that everyone has different backgrounds and experiences that shape their lives. She works with diverse groups of people and understands that racial, cultural, religious, gender, and sexual identities interact with one’s beliefs and behavior.
