Jennifer D. McGinn

ATTORNEY AT LAW Jennifer McGinn has been a licensed attorney since 2008 when she graduated from the University of Colorado Law School and has mainly concentrated her practice in the area of family law. She specializes in high conflict cases and has been involved in many cases involving parental alienation. As a Guardian ad litem, she deals with issues such as domestic violence, substance abuse, child abuse, child neglect, sexual abuse and mental health issues. As an attorney and as a Child and Family Investigator, Jennifer is sensitive to the fact that everyone has different backgrounds and experiences that shape their lives.  She works with diverse groups of people and understands that racial, cultural, religious, gender, and sexual identities interact with one’s beliefs and behavior. Rebecca Blatchly

Rebecca Blatchly joined The McGinn Law Office in 2015.  She is both a paralegal and a social service professional, meeting with children at home and in school.

Rebecca comes from Amherst, Massachusetts and has been living in Denver for five years.  Rebecca is a graduate of Colby College in Waterville, Maine with a degree in Anthropology and Education.  Prior to joining The McGinn Law Office, she worked in elementary schools with a focus on special education and spent many summers as the assistant director at a residential summer camp for girls.  Rebecca loves hiking, baking, reading, and spending time with her pets.
